Whether you're a fitness novice or fanatic we cater to all your requirements.
Our class timetable changes with the seasons, every 12 weeks offering a line up of brand new exciting classes and motivating music. If classes aren't for you, we also offer a fully functional studio including a weights area and CV machines such as your treadmill, spin bike and cross-trainer allowing you to create your own tailored workouts. We are not your standard gym space, we do not offer typical resistance machines. Instead, we have plenty of free weight & functional equipment, such as; Barbells (standard & Olympic), squat rack, pull up bars, battle ropes, Kettle bells, Bosus, TRX's, core bags, med balls, Dumbells up to 36kg, Plyo boxes, benches, variety of resistance bands, step boxes, plates up to 25kg, foam rollers, boxing bag & boxing equipment, Vertball, slam balls, agility ladders, gliders, agility grids to name a few! Everything you need to workout optimally. However, as our fitness space is unique we understand you might feel a little lost on your first visit. If so, we are more than happy to help you find your way around and show you everything we have to offer with guidance on what to do.
Terms & Conditions
It is your responsibility to check with your doctor that you are physically fit and able to train. As a club we want to make fitness accessible to all women, however, it is your responsibility to provide us with details of any contraindications that may inhibit you from taking part in exercise safely. It is your responsibility to provide us with your up to date contact information.
We also accept no responsibility for any injuries you might sustain whilst training, unless they are a result of negligence and poor teaching technique based on the practices of your instructor.
