At the Hay Loft we
provide the perfect health and beauty environment that combines fitness with
beauty treatments.We have two centres one in Stalybridge, and one in Glossop,
both of these offer a wide range of treatments and workout

Up stairs: Bikes, Rowers, Power Centre, Strength
Equipment, Free weight benches and Upper Body Equipment.
Mid section
machines Down Stairs:
Electrical Trainers, Treadmill's, Steppers, Free
weight and measure (get you motivated) Members include personal training
programme. For day members £3.00 per visit plus a one off induction fee
£25.00.
