Here at the Hayloft we offer a vast range of studio fitness classes for all levels and abilities including Pilate's, Yoga, Stretch, Reebok Step, Box and Tone, Body Sculpt, Tums and Bums, Salsa, Street Dancing and much more.

Our class timetables change every six weeks the timetable below runs from monday 3rd May for the Glossop site.

Our classes are also open to non-members for just £4 per session. Pole Dancing prices start from £8.00

Gold members can attend classes free of charge. (excluding Pole Dancing)
